Maree has been practicing in the field of healing and yoga since 1996.

Training initially in massage, then esoteric energy philosophy and healing, anatomy and physiology, pathophysiology, bowen therapy, aromatherapy, yoga nidra, restorative yoga, pranayama and mediation. 
Studies continue in yoga for the student within and those who come to seek a more conscious way of living. 

Maree’s love for kirtan, mantra, asana, pranayama and mediation for the self and willingness then to help other people keeps a personal practice very active. 

A very wise teacher once shared….”Anything that is not of Love is the Ego”. This simple statement is my backbone to all action of body and mind.
